“When I first came to see Dr. Zack, I was having severe lower back pain that extended down into both legs reaching all the way to my knees. "After experiencing intense, sharp pain in my shoulder for weeks, I was concerned I had an issue with my rotator cuff. "I have been one of Dr. Allen’s patients since 2010. On December 31, 2013, Dr Allen did a treatment on me he calls Integrative Therapy. I have never had this done but I am open to anything that will help improve my health. As the treatment began, I closed my eyes as Dr. Allen had instructed me and to get comfortable. I have not been able to lay down flat for several years, so I had my left leg raised so that I was comfortable. As he started the therapy I become more relaxed and the tremors that I was having also started to diminish. I started seeing colorful light flashing out of my eyes. It started from the outer rim of my eyes and flashed out through my pupil. It was beautiful and relaxing. Ever since I was child, I have had this recurring dream that has always frightened me and I always made myself wake up. I am in a wheat field and the light is so bright and I am very little and I am holding someone’s hand. All of a sudden the hand is gone and I am afraid and alone in this bright wheat field. That vision came back to me while Dr Allen was doing the treatment. I was calm and not afraid and felt peaceful. I have had this dream every night since my father passed away 59 years ago and this is the first time I was at peace with this dream. Dr. Allen said that is was my soul and my father’s soul at peace with each other. I think I was mad at him for leaving me and now I have forgiven him. Also during the treatment while my eyes were closed, I could see Dr. Allen’s hands and exactly where he was at. When he had me open my eyes, I noticed that I was lying flat and not in pain. After the treatment, I felt better than I have in a long time. I am able to climb the stairs at my apartment without pain or having to stop to catch my breath. I also have had severe muscle spasms and after the treatment, they are gone and I have not had one since. My asthma has also improved. I walk taller and feel that I have more energy even after my dialysis treatment which usually put me down for the rest of the day.
